We currently have 2 28′ wide homes in the River Oaks Estates park in Kansas City, KS. These are both very nice homes with all the extras like vinyl siding, shingle roofs, thermal pane windows, steel entry doors, big decks, built-in cabinetry, walk-in closets and more. The first is a 2005 Holly Park 28′x 48′. This home is a 6 year old baby that has been lovingly cared for by its previous owners. It has a beautiful covered deck, a kitchen pantry, master suite with a large walk-in shower and big closet, and it’s all electric so there are no gas bills to worry about. The second is a 1998 Redman 28′ x 56′. This is a big home that feels more like a house than a mobile. It has a fireplace, island kitchen, a bay window in the living room, laundry room, and is also an all-electric home.
